By creating an account, accessing, or using the Boltoy platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Boltoy provides an AI-powered conversational sales and customer support agent that integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform. Our Services allow you to connect your WhatsApp Business account, create automated workflows, utilize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based responses, and manage conversations via our dashboard.
Our Services operate via integration with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. As a user of Boltoy, you must strictly comply with:
You agree not to use Boltoy to send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or any content that violates Meta's guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we or Meta detect violations of these policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. You agree that all information you provide during signup is accurate and up-to-date.
Certain features of the Boltoy Services are provided for a fee. By selecting a paid subscription plan, you agree to pay Boltoy the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated. Payments are charged on a pre-pay basis and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon providing reasonable notice.
The Boltoy platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Boltoy and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
In no event shall Boltoy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms or Meta's Platform policies.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boltoy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
