Boltoy was founded by a team of AI researchers and sales veterans who saw a massive gap in how businesses handle inbound leads on messaging platforms like WhatsApp. Traditional chatbots were rigid, frustrating, and actively lost deals. Human teams were expensive and couldn't scale during peak hours or nights.
